ALWAYS CHOOSE YOUR CONDITIONER BASED ON YOUR HAIR TYPE AND DESIRED RESULT. DON’T SKIP CONDITIONER IN HOPES OF AN EASIER ROUTINE!

Conditioner makes your hair look shinier, feel softer, and easier to manage. Its moisturizing ingredients care for the scalp while hydrating the hair. The proteins in conditioner strengthen the hair and help repair damage. It also reduces static and keeps flyaway hairs under control.

Using conditioner is especially important if you have dry, naturally curly, long, or color-treated hair. You can boost its effectiveness by leaving it in for a longer time from just a moment to several minutes. A bit of warmth can also enhance the treatment, but be careful with sauna heat, as it can be too hot and cause the conditioner to dry out too quickly, reducing its effect

Tip! Apply conditioner before washing your body — that way, it can work its magic while you’re using shower gel, saving you extra time in the shower.
HAIR TYPES AND HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT CONDITIONER
Curly or coarse hair – You can use conditioner daily to keep your hair nourished, defined, and easier to manage. If needed, in addition to a rinse-out conditioner, you can also use leave-in conditioners whenever extra care is required.
Thin or thinning hair – Choose a volumizing conditioner that makes your hair look and feel fuller without weighing it down. If your scalp also tends to get oily, try using only a leave-in conditioning spray instead.
Long hair – Use conditioner with every wash. Apply it especially to the lengths and ends of your hair.
USING CONDITIONER
Use conditioner after shampooing. If your scalp is particularly dry and your hair isn’t very dirty, you can occasionally skip shampoo and apply conditioner after rinsing with water instead.
Always apply conditioner to towel-dried hair, or at least squeeze out as much water as possible with your hands before applying. You’ll only need a small amount about the size of a coin depending on your hair length. Long or dry hair may require a bit more. Apply conditioner mainly to the lengths and ends of your hair. If your hair tends to get oily, you don’t need to apply it to the scalp, but for a dry scalp, it’s good to add some after every wash. Leave the conditioner in for the recommended time, then rinse thoroughly, especially from the scalp, to leave your hair and scalp feeling fresh and clean.
You can use a deep conditioning treatment instead of regular conditioner about once a week. It’s especially recommended for dry, curly, or long hair.
Leave-in conditioners can occasionally replace rinse-out conditioners, but as a general rule, a rinse-out conditioner is recommended for all hair types, as it provides deeper and more effective care.
