MEMBERSHIP
In addition to the traditional one-time customer visit, M Room offers its customers the opportunity to purchase a year's worth of barber services in advance conveniently and at a significantly lower price. For the price of an annual fee, members have the right to use services within the limits of the service package included in their own membership level in all of the chain's stores in Finland. There are three membership levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Memberships include service packages containing different services depending on the membership level. As a member, you guarantee yourself the high-quality barber, beard and color services you need easily, more affordably and always without an appointment.

You can go to any M Room barbershop around Finland.
Can a barbershop membership be purchased as a gift?
Can a barbershop membership be purchased as a gift?
Yes. If you are purchasing a membership as a gift for someone else, please include the name of the gift recipient in the order. If you are purchasing more than one membership as a gift, please place a separate order for each membership and include the name of the (future) member in each order.

You can purchase a membership during the Black Friday campaign in the online store or at all M Room stores in Finland.

When purchasing a membership, you will receive free Matkahuolto Lähellä delivery for product purchases. Products purchased at the same time as the membership will always be delivered separately to a pickup point or home using the delivery method of your choice. It is currently not possible to pick up product purchases from the online store in stores. You can also find M Room products in all of our stores.

Our stores have no longer had the option to skip the queue after 2020, but anyone who wants to go to the barbershop can come in their own turn, but without an appointment. Just click on the My M Room service, where you can choose the nearest store and also see the estimated waiting time. Confirm your place in the queue and you will be notified when it is your turn. You don't have to wait for your turn at the store, but you can use any waiting time as you wish - efficient use of time, right?
What do I need to bring when I come to the barbershop for the first time?
What do I need to bring when I come to the barbershop for the first time?
Just some form of proof of identity is enough if you are not a customer that the barbers are familiar with. The first time you visit, you will also need to show your order or delivery confirmation, which will activate your membership.
