Can a barbershop membership be bought as a gift? Sure! If you buy the membership as a gift for another person, please put the gift recipient's name on the order. If you buy more than one membership as a gift, make a separate order for each membership and add the member's name to each order.
Where can I buy a membership? You can buy a membership at mroomshop.com or in all M Room barberstores in Finland.
Can I also buy products at the same time? Of course, and when purchasing a membership, you get free Matkahuolto Lähellä delivery for products. The products purchased with the membership, at the same time, are always delivered separately to the pick-up point or home, using the delivery method you choose at checkout. It is currently not possible to pick up mroomshop.com orders from the barberstores, but you can buy M Room products in all our barberstores.
Can a member get a quicker access to the barber? After 2020, there has been no bypassing in our barberstores, but everyone who wants to come to the barbershop can come exactly in their own turn, without making an appointment. Just a click to the My M Room, where you select the nearest store and also see the estimated waiting time. Confirm your place in the queue and you will be notified when it's your turn. You don't have to wait for your turn in the barberstore; you can use the possible waiting time as you wish - efficient use of time, isn't it!
What do I need when I come to the barberstore for the first time? Just some kind of proof of your identity is enough. The first time, you must also show the order or delivery confirmation, which will enable you to activate the membership and its credits.
